They react immediately to any change by adjusting to the herd's state and the lead mare's command. Horses in their highly structured herd become the ultimate expression of freedom, love, and play in a healthy, secure community.

When horses interact with humans, the handler ideally takes the place of the lead mare and the horse adjusts to this person's energy and acts accordingly. The more conscious the handler, the more attitude of justice, intention and focus, the horse, almost magically, will become different.

Order a Spirit Painting of Your HorseI offer to paint your horse with the intention of making the spirit of your friend visible. My greatest joy would be for you to aspire to find this painted spirit in a living journey and relationship with your horse.

Send 3-5 typical photographs of your horse. Allow 4-6 weeks to have your painting shipped to you. A 50% deposit is expected prior to initiating the project. Please remember, this is not a reproduction of your photograph, but a painting of your horse in much more vibrant colors and often with a more fluid shape.

I bought my first horse in my late 30's and knew little about riding and less about horses. Cuz was able to take my ill mannered 17+ hand horse and teach him respect with kindness and teach me leadership with love and a gentle hand through Natural Horsemanship principles.

I like that Cuz always arrives prepared with ideas of lessons. She mixes it up so that our lessons are a lot of fun, more like playing rather than learning. I realize that what I am learning are stepping stones towards riding and can eventually be applied towards my goal of riding Dressage.

I love how my horse changed, through Cuz's approach and teaching, from being only mechanical to a partner that is completely engaged and having as much fun as I am. After only a few months of Cuz's training, I now have the relationship with my horse that I have always dreamed of! Thank you!!!
